Explore has set foot in Nigeria, thanks to the passion for the gospel of Rev. Samuel Chukwuemeka Okoli (JP). During a short visit to GWC as a research fellow, he looked through the Explore material and decided that there was an opportunity in his Diocese of Nnewi, and in other parts of Nigeria, to use Explore as a discipleship tool. After discussions with the Archbishop of Niger Province and the Bishop of Nnewi Diocese it was agreed that the Diocese would host Explore. Overcoming many challenges, and with much prayer, Rev. Samuel opened a bank account for Explore and the first books were printed by the Diocese. Rev. Samuel has a BTh, Mth, as well as a PhD in Church History. He is married to Blessing Nneamaka Okoli (JP), a music teacher and organist, who will be the Explore administrator in Nnewi. We pray for a fruitful partnership between Rev. Samuel and Explore.
